Refund Policy.
This Refund Policy explains the refund, cancellation, transfer, and credit terms for the seminars, programmes, and services offered by Altus Corporation (Proprietor: CA Manan Vasa). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. By registering for or purchasing any of our offerings, you agree to this Policy.
1.General Policy
All fees are generally non-refundable once payment is received. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes; GST is charged where applicable. Where a refund is exceptionally approved, applicable payment gateway charges and administrative costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any amount returned.
2.Seminars & Programmes
The following terms apply to our seminars and flagship programmes:
· Productivity Shastra (PS): Fees are non-refundable. You may repeat the programme at no additional cost, provided you do not take a break between sessions.
· Productivity Shastra Orientation (PSO): Fees are non-refundable. You may attend a future orientation once at no additional cost.
· Business Scale-Up Shastra (BSS): Fees are non-refundable. You may repeat the programme without taking a break.
· No-shows: If you do not attend, your registration is forfeited.
· Recordings: Session recordings are provided at our sole discretion, on a case-by-case basis.
· Repeat attendance is available only for as long as you do not take a break in your participation.
· Transfers: Registrations are non-transferable to another person.
· Future credits may be allowed in lieu of a refund, at our discretion (see Section 7).
3.Consulting Services
Consulting fees are non-refundable. Consulting engagements are governed by a separate consulting agreement and may use milestone-based payments. Results are not guaranteed.
4.Corporate Training
Corporate training requires 100% advance payment as per the agreed schedule. Travel and accommodation are borne by the client and charged separately. Training material is included. Rescheduling is considered on a case-by-case basis. Cancellations are permitted as per the engagement terms; a replacement trainer is not provided, and clients may not record sessions.
5.Workshops & Events
Venue changes may be made where necessary. Participant substitution is not permitted. Refunds for workshops and events follow the general non-refundable policy unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of registration.
6.Digital Products
Online courses, templates, and other digital products are non-refundable and non-transferable. Digital content is generally delivered through our apps and platforms.
7.Future Credits
Where approved, future credits may be applied towards a future cohort, session, or programme of equivalent value, subject to availability and any conditions we may specify. Future credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
8.Taxes & Payment Charges
GST applies where applicable. Payment gateway charges are deducted and are non-refundable. We accept payment by UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and international payment methods.
9.How to Raise a Request
To raise a refund, credit, or rescheduling request, please contact us in writing at manan@unleashed.in with your registration details. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in line with this Policy.
10.Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting to this website, and the "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Where practicable, notice of changes will be provided between 24 hours and 7 days in advance.
