These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Altus Corporation (Proprietor: CA Manan Vasa), governed by the laws of India.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mananvasa.com (the "Website") and the seminars, programmes, and services provided by Altus Corporation, a proprietorship firm owned by CA Manan Vasa ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting, browsing, submitting any form, or registering for any offering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms are to be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.About This Website & Our Services
mananvasa.com is the personal brand and professional information website of CA Manan Vasa — Chartered Accountant, IIM Calcutta and IIM Kozhikode alumnus, CFA Level 3 candidate, and business mentor with over 22 years of experience.
We offer a range of paid and free offerings, which may include:
· One-to-one, group, corporate, productivity, and coaching consulting
· Corporate training
· Offline and online workshops and events
· Seminars and programmes, including Productivity Shastra, the Productivity Shastra Orientation, and Business Scale-Up Shastra
· Digital products such as online courses and templates (with memberships planned in future)
Service descriptions may be updated, modified, or withdrawn at any time without notice. Consulting engagements require a separate consulting agreement, which governs the specific scope, deliverables, and fees of that engagement.
3.Eligibility
To enter into a legally binding contract with us, you must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Participation in our seminars and programmes is open to individuals aged 16 and above. By using the Website or registering for any offering, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable requirements.
4.Enrolment, Fees & Payments
Submitting an enquiry or application does not create a binding engagement. Fees for seminars, programmes, and services are as stated at the time of registration and are exclusive of applicable taxes; GST is charged where applicable.
We accept payment by UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and international payment methods, processed through our third-party payment gateway. Payment gateway charges may apply. Corporate training requires 100% advance payment as per the agreed payment schedule, and travel and accommodation for corporate training are borne by the client. Consulting engagements may use milestone-based payments. Access to a programme or service is granted only upon successful payment.
5.Refunds, Cancellations & Credits
Save as expressly set out in our Refund Policy, all fees are non-refundable once payment is received. Refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, repeat attendance, transfers, and future credits are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it before registering for any offering.
6.Intellectual Property
All content — including text, graphics, logos, slides, workbooks, videos, frameworks, methodologies, case studies, brand assets, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of Altus Corporation or CA Manan Vasa and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and applicable Indian intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view our content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, record, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Participants may not record or redistribute any session, slide, workbook, or video.

7.Recordings, AI & Content Usage
We may record and transcribe our seminars, sessions, workshops, and events. We may repurpose our content — including recordings and transcripts — into blogs, reels, social media posts, and other formats, and may use AI tools to generate or adapt content. By attending or participating, you consent to such use, including any incidental appearance in recordings. Participants and attendees may not record sessions themselves.
8.Testimonials & Case Studies
We may display written and video testimonials, client names, photographs, videos, and case studies, with the consent of the individuals concerned. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of any specific outcome; results vary based on individual effort, background, business context, and other factors outside our control. We reserve the right to moderate or remove any testimonial at our discretion.
9.User Accounts & Acceptable Use
The Website may allow you to create a user account and make submissions; public comments are not enabled. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. By using this Website, you agree not to:
· Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form
· Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its systems
· Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract content
· Transmit any harmful code, malware, or spam

Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law and shall, in any event, not exceed the amount (if any) you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We use and may link to third-party services, including Zoom, Google, Meta, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, YouTube, and payment gateways. These links and services are provided for convenience and to deliver our offerings. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
13.Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control.
14.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation and mediation. If a dispute remains unresolved, it shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration at Mumbai, conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement. Subject to arbitration, the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
15.Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this Website, and the "Effective Date" at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Where practicable, notice of changes will be provided between 24 hours and 7 days in advance. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
16.Severability, Language & Entire Agreement
These Terms are made in the English language. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Website, save for any separate written engagement agreement, which shall prevail in respect of that engagement.
